Our slide slippers are hand cut and sewn for us on the North Side of Chicago. Our hardwood maple bumpers are cut, shaped, and finished on the South Side of Chicago. Many of the metal hardware components are made for us in the Chicago suburbs as well. Could all of these components be produced and sourced overseas for less? Yes. Do we feel a lot better about supporting our local economy and partnering with suppliers who care about their work AND their workers? ABSOLUTELY!
